Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the world's rarest chocolate.
What makes To'ak chocolate so unique?
To'ak is crafted from 100% pure Ancient Nacional cacao, a variety once thought to be extinct. We use traditional wine-making techniques, such as aging our chocolate in wooden barrels, to develop complex flavor profiles.
How should I store my chocolate?
To preserve the delicate aromatic notes, store your chocolate in a cool, dry place between 16-18°C (60-65°F). Avoid refrigeration as humidity can cause sugar bloom and alter the texture.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. To ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition, we use temperature-controlled packaging and express couriers during warmer months.
Is To'ak chocolate vegan and organic?
Our dark chocolate editions are vegan-friendly, made only with cacao and organic cane sugar. We work directly with farmers in the Piedra de Plata valley using organic and regenerative farming practices.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours for a resolution.
How do I experience a To'ak tasting?
Each box includes a tasting guide and ritual tools. We recommend starting with a clean palate, smelling the chocolate first, and letting it melt slowly on your tongue to experience the top, heart, and base notes.
