Due to the perishable nature of our luxury dark chocolate, we cannot accept returns once a product has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours to initiate a replacement or refund.
Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, carefully inspect your chocolate for any signs of heat damage or structural compromise occurred during transit.
Document the Issue
Take high-resolution photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging to help us process your claim with the carrier.
Contact Concierge
Email our support team with your order number and the photos of the damage to receive a resolution within 24 business hours.
Resolution Approval
Once reviewed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a priority replacement of your To'ak chocolate.
